The Rod Glove
I have found a great inexpensive product for protecting my rods. It is called the Rod Glove.They are available for casting and spinning rods.They make sizes to fit rods from 6.5 ' to 8.5' and they are available in many colors as well.
As you can see in the pics above I am lazy and usually just throw my rods in the corner of my garage.With this comes bent or broken guides and it's always a mess to untangle when I need them. With the Rod Glove I can still be lazy and throw them in the corner without having to worry about the tangles or the guides becoming damaged. The Rod Glove is great for rod lockers or longterm storage.For the guy that stores his rods in the back of his pick -up ,this is a must have item.
