Redfish Tips
I keep three rods rigged for redfish when fishing the flats.One with a favorite top water lure, one with a gold spoon and one with a Berkley Gulp Jerk Shad. This way you can cover a large area while also covering the water column.
Where to look for Redfish
You can find these fish cruising around the flats, in potholes,mangroves,under docks,around sand bars and oyster bars.Sometimes the large bulls can be found in large schools in the Gulf of Mexico.
